1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Member", "User", "Player") and rmc8 ("the Company", "we", "us", "our"), the operator of the online gaming platform accessible at https://rmc8.cam ("the Platform").

By creating an account, making a deposit, accepting a bonus, or placing any wager on the Platform, you acknowledge that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand them, and that you unconditionally agree to be bound by them. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not register an account or use the Platform.

These Terms apply in addition to any game-specific rules, promotional terms, and the rmc8 Privacy Policy, all of which are incorporated herein by reference. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and any specific promotional or game rules, these Terms shall prevail unless otherwise expressly stated.

To register and maintain an Account with rmc8, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at all times:

• You are at least 21 years of age at the time of registration and remain so throughout the duration of your Account.
• You are a natural person accessing the Platform in your personal capacity. Corporate entities may not register as Members.
• You are not a resident of or located in a Prohibited Territory at the time of registration or at any time when accessing the Platform.
• You are not a current employee, director, consultant, or immediate family member of an employee or director of rmc8 or any of its affiliated companies, game suppliers, or payment processors.
• You have not previously had an Account closed, suspended, or terminated by rmc8 for violation of these Terms or any prior version thereof.
• You have the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts under the laws applicable to you.

rmc8 reserves the right to request documentary proof of any of the above eligibility criteria at any time, including during account registration, at the time of any withdrawal request, or in response to a risk or compliance trigger. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in Account suspension.

4. Account Registration & KYC

Each individual may register only one Account on the Platform. The registration of multiple Accounts by the same individual, whether under the same or different personal details, is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

4.1 Accuracy of Information

You are required to provide accurate, complete, and current personal information at the time of registration, including your legal full name, date of birth, email address, and phone number. You must update your Account details promptly if any information changes. rmc8 is not liable for any loss arising from your provision of inaccurate or outdated information.

4.2 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. You must not share your Account credentials with any third party. rmc8 strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) on your Account. Any activity conducted through your Account using your credentials is deemed to have been authorised by you.

4.3 KYC Verification

rmc8 is required to verify the identity of all Members prior to processing withdrawals and may also require verification before activating certain Account features. For Malaysian Members, acceptable KYC documents include a valid National Registration Identity Card (NRIC). rmc8 may additionally request proof of address and proof of payment method. All documents must be legible, unaltered, and belong to the Account holder.

5. Deposits

Deposits are accepted in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) via the payment methods currently supported by rmc8, which include Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, DuitNow, FPX, Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, Hong Leong Bank, and cryptocurrency (USDT/BTC). Supported payment methods are subject to change without prior notice.

• The minimum deposit amount is RM 50 unless otherwise specified for a particular payment method or promotion.
• Deposits are credited to your Account in real time for e-wallet and FPX transactions under normal circumstances. Cryptocurrency deposits are credited upon the required number of network confirmations.
• rmc8 does not accept deposits from third-party payment sources. The payment method used for deposit must be registered in the Member's own name.
• rmc8 does not charge fees for deposits; however, your payment provider may impose transaction fees for which rmc8 is not responsible.
• rmc8 reserves the right to reject or reverse any deposit that fails our fraud screening processes or is inconsistent with the Member's account verification status.

6. Withdrawals

Withdrawals from your rmc8 Account are subject to the following conditions:

• KYC identity verification must be fully completed and approved before any withdrawal is processed.
• The minimum withdrawal amount is RM 50. Withdrawal requests below this threshold will not be processed.
• All applicable wagering requirements on any active bonus must be satisfied in full before bonus-derived funds can be withdrawn.
• Withdrawals will be made to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit where technically possible, in accordance with anti-money laundering requirements.
• Processing times are indicative: e-wallet withdrawals (Touch 'n Go, DuitNow, Boost) target 5–30 minutes; bank transfer withdrawals target 1–4 business hours; cryptocurrency withdrawals target 15–60 minutes subject to network conditions.
• rmc8 reserves the right to apply enhanced verification checks to withdrawal requests that trigger risk or compliance thresholds. Such checks may extend processing time beyond standard estimates.
• Withdrawal requests submitted outside business hours for bank transfer channels may be processed on the next available banking business day.

7. Bonuses & Promotions

rmc8 offers various promotional bonuses including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, free spins, and loyalty rewards. All bonuses are subject to these general Terms and to any additional Bonus-Specific Terms published at the time the promotion is active. In the event of conflict, the Bonus-Specific Terms prevail over this general clause.

7.1 General Bonus Conditions

• Wagering Requirement: Unless otherwise specified, all bonuses are subject to a wagering requirement. The applicable multiplier is stated in the specific promotion terms. Wagering requirements must be completed within the bonus validity window.
• Maximum Bet: While a bonus is active, the maximum permitted stake per bet is RM 50 unless otherwise specified. Stakes above this limit during an active bonus will be disregarded for wagering calculation purposes and may result in the bonus being voided.
• Game Contribution Rates: Different game categories contribute at different rates toward satisfying wagering requirements. Slots typically contribute 100%; table games, live casino, and sports betting may contribute at a reduced rate (commonly 10–20%). Specific rates are published in each promotion's terms.
• Bonus Expiry: Bonuses and associated wagering requirements expire as specified in the individual promotion terms — typically within 7, 14, or 30 calendar days of the bonus being credited. Expired bonus funds are forfeited without compensation.
• Maximum Cash-out: Winnings derived from bonus funds may be subject to a maximum cash-out cap. The cap applicable to each promotion is stated in its specific terms. Any winnings exceeding the cap will be removed prior to withdrawal processing.

7.2 Bonus Misuse

rmc8 reserves the right to cancel any bonus and void any associated wagers or winnings where it reasonably believes that a Member has claimed a promotion in bad faith, exploited a technical error, used a bonus to facilitate low-risk or zero-risk wagering strategies, or otherwise acted contrary to the spirit of the promotion. This includes, without limitation, the use of combinations of bets that guarantee a profit regardless of outcome.

8. Gameplay Rules

All games available on the rmc8 Platform are governed by their respective game rules, which are accessible within the game interface. In the event of a technical malfunction, disconnection, or error during gameplay, the following principles apply:

• rmc8 uses certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology for all applicable games. Game outcomes are determined at the moment a bet is confirmed and cannot be influenced post-confirmation by rmc8 or the Member.
• In the event of a network disconnection or technical fault after a bet has been confirmed and accepted, the bet remains valid and the outcome will be determined by the RNG result recorded at the time of the bet confirmation.
• Where a technical error results in an incorrect display of odds, payouts, or game information, rmc8 reserves the right to void any associated bets. In such cases, the stake amount will be returned to the Member's Account.
• rmc8 does not guarantee the uninterrupted availability of any specific game or gaming feature. Scheduled and emergency maintenance may result in temporary game unavailability.
• Live casino games are subject to the physical rules and procedures of the studio providing the live feed. In any dispute relating to a live game outcome, the studio's recorded footage constitutes the definitive record.

9. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the rmc8 Platform. Breach of any of the following provisions constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and referral to relevant authorities:

• Registering more than one Account for the same individual or allowing another person to use your Account.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent personal information during registration or KYC.
• Using stolen, unauthorised, or fraudulently obtained payment instruments to fund your Account.
• Colluding with other players in any game format, including live poker, tournaments, or multiplayer games.
• Using automated software, bots, artificial intelligence, or scripts to access or interact with the Platform in any manner.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities — any suspected vulnerability must be reported to support immediately, not exploited.
• Engaging in money laundering, structuring of transactions, or any activity that could constitute a financial crime under applicable laws.
• Placing bets designed to arbitrage, hedge, or guarantee a profit regardless of outcome in a manner that exploits the Platform's systems.
• Chip dumping in poker or any other game format where the deliberate transfer of chips to another player results in an artificial advantage.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing other Members, Platform employees, or support agents through any communication channel.

10. Account Suspension & Closure

rmc8 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account, and to withhold or void any balance therein, in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of these Terms or any specific game, bonus, or platform rules.
• Failure to complete or pass KYC verification within a reasonable period following a request.
• Suspicion of fraudulent, criminal, or money laundering activity.
• Receipt of a chargeback or payment reversal from a financial institution in connection with any deposit.
• At the Member's own request, including requests made under our self-exclusion programme.
• A determination by rmc8 that the Member is located in a Prohibited Territory.
• Any regulatory, legal, or compliance requirement that necessitates Account restriction.

Where an Account is closed for reasons other than the Member's breach of these Terms, any verified real-money balance (excluding Bonus Funds) will be returned to the Member via the original or an approved alternate payment method. Where closure is due to breach, rmc8 may, at its discretion, withhold all or part of the Account balance pending investigation, with any final determination communicated to the Member in writing.

11. Responsible Gambling

rmc8 is committed to promoting responsible gambling practices. We provide Members with tools to manage their gaming activity, including deposit limits, session time reminders, and a self-exclusion programme. These tools are accessible from the responsible gaming section of the Member dashboard.

Members who wish to exclude themselves from the Platform may request self-exclusion through the dashboard or by contacting support. Self-exclusion takes effect immediately upon confirmation. Requests for reinstatement are subject to a mandatory cooling-off period.

12. Intellectual Property

All content on the rmc8 Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, button icons, images, audio clips, game software, and the compilation thereof, is the property of rmc8 or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not include the right to reproduce, modify, distribute, publicly display, or create derivative works from any Platform content without the prior written consent of rmc8.

The rmc8 name, logo, and all related product and service names, design marks, and slogans are trademarks of rmc8. Use of any such marks without the express written permission of rmc8 is strictly prohibited.

13. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, rmc8 and its officers, directors, employees, affiliates, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or any other intangible losses, arising out of or in connection with:

• Your access to or use of (or inability to access or use) the Platform or any part thereof;
• Any unauthorised access to or alteration of your Account or data;
• Any technical failure, server downtime, or interruption of service;
• Gambling losses incurred through legitimate use of the Platform; or
• Any conduct or content of any third party on or in connection with the Platform.

Where liability cannot be excluded by law, rmc8's aggregate liability to you in respect of any single event or series of related events shall not exceed the amount deposited by you in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits rmc8's liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

14. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which rmc8 holds its operating licence, without regard to conflict of law principles.

In the event of any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Platform, you agree to first contact rmc8's customer support team to seek informal resolution. rmc8 will endeavour to respond to all formal disputes within 10 business days.

If informal resolution is not achieved within 30 calendar days of the dispute being raised with rmc8, either party may refer the matter to binding arbitration. The arbitration shall be conducted on a confidential basis. Nothing in this clause prevents either party from seeking emergency injunctive relief from a court of competent jurisdiction.

15. Amendments to These Terms

rmc8 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, rmc8 will provide reasonable notice to registered Members via the email address associated with their Account or via a prominent notice on the Platform.

Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of those amended Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request closure of your Account in accordance with Clause 10.

The date on which these Terms were last updated is displayed at the top of the legal content section. We recommend that Members review these Terms periodically to remain informed of any changes.
